    Electrical fuse box appears to have developed a fault
    Leonard installed a new fuse box and fixed several wiring issues discovered during testing. Very punctual and professional, I especially like how Leonard takes the time to give a detailed email quote and provided emailed invoice & receipt of payment.

    Drill six holes in lintel for curtain rail
    Quick job, but came round to do it at short notice, on a Saturday, with no fuss. Just drilled 18 holes for me in three very tough lintels. At £25 for the half hour, a lot cheaper than hiring a drill (upwards of £40).

    Repair/replace Hygena Domestic Kitchen Extractor Fan

    Repair wiring that feeds fridge/washing machine
    Fairly pricey, seemed to have solved problem at the time but electrics stopped working a few weeks later.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Yes this was a job done almost a year ago, so I can't understand why this feedback has been sent now. anyway I as I remember the problem was to do with water penetration from a leaking Washing machine pipe where the water was coming into contact with the electrics. the client was informed of this and that would need investigating by a plumber. the electrical parts were sorted out, we even returned the following week to finish off another part of the job. so if something failed question is was the plumbing side sorted?

    Low pressure shower / install of electric heaters
