well with this one some ones got short term memory. The job was change door handle lever with key hole assembly on arrival and speaking with the tenant she said she wasn't bothered if the lever has a keyhole cause she doesn't have a key for the lock in any case. so i think all the facts need to be gathered on this one.

Well this individual is either ungrateful, suffering from short term memory loss or he's talking about another tradesman. job was investigate locate fault to light circuit which was done, turns out he had an electrician who wired a 13 double socket into the light circuit, all cables chased into the wall and plastered. it was explained to Lester Hannington this would need rewiring and how much the cost would be which he agreed to. on the day of the works he asked for another double socket on other side of room which would naturally take more time and cost more, it turns out two double sockets were wired into the light circuit all chased cables buried and plastered over. so come on Lester Hannington tell the truth.

Disappointed with steve on this as we were relying on the wholesalers to supply what we asked for. it turns out they hadn't and we would of happily gone back and rectify that small area but instead you've gone for the N.F. Thats a shame
