Jon was absolutely fantastic. Excellent communication all the way through the day about his ETA for the job. Jon was polite and extremely competent when fixing the boiler. I had so many other companies trying to replace the boiler without even diagnosing the issue, whereas Jon wanted to find the problem and fix it. I highly recommend Jon for any heating work and will definitely use him again in the future if needed.

Jonathan was responsive and agreed to service the boiler as soon as he could, which turned out to be a few days later. The quote provided was also very good. Jonathan kept in touch about his arrival time, and did a thorough job, also checking the radiators etc. Jonathan was thoughtful, for example he wore shoe protectors in the house. Boiler now is certified safe, and this will help move on the sale of my house. I’d highly recommend Jonathan for any heating work required. Thank you! Certainly took the worry away of finding someone reliable, skilful and trustworthy.
