Could not be happier and so relieved that Jon, a true professional, picked up my request to repair my Ideal Isar HE30 combi boiler as other gas tradesmen were very reluctant to even come out to assess or quote and British Gas quote to repair was eye watering! Jon ordered an additional part and came out to repair the boiler a few days later, I felt so competent with his work that I asked if he had time to also service the boiler as one was due, Jon happily obliged and even matched British Gas special offer. I felt that my final bill was very well priced. I would 100% highly recommend Jon as a trustworthy, approachable professional with a great, warm personality to match. I am so very grateful to you Jon, you're a star and I hope your BMX biking day was special as you deserve it.

John arrived to quote for a tricky dishwasher install with bad access to the pipes and, immediately intrigued by the challenge, got it solved and resolved cheerfully that same afternoon. Very practical, very nice, very reasonable price, and a relief to have a working dishwasher so quickly after discovering the issue. Great meeting you!

Jon arrived when promised and got on with the job without any fuss or bother. He was friendly and approachable at all times. When it turned out he would need additional parts he went to screw fix for more. Great job!

what can i say? nothing but a big massive thank you! he called me and we negotiated a date and time and he came at that time we agreed on. very kind and knowledgeable on the job. had all relevant tools. official corgi registry easily done. i’ve recommended him to my next door neighbour today so i know she’ll be in contact in due course. thank you john. he’s now my official gas man whenever i’d need him going forward 😂😊👍👍👍
