John came out to remove a pigeon trapped behind the fire. He was very polite, a lovely man. He was with us within a couple of hours of calling him. Very proficient and thorough. We would 100% recommend him and will definitely be using him for any other jobs that arise.

Jon called me as soon as I put the job on for a boiler filling link key to enable me to top the pressure up on my boiler, and arranged to come out on a Saturday to have a look. He then ordered the parts required and came back on the Monday to do the job. Very polite and knowledgeable and gave me some advice on the state of the boiler. Will be using him for future plumbing work I need doing
