Jon was brilliant. I've just bought a new house and had no idea how to use the gas cooker or boiler. Jon explained everything to me, showed me how to use everything and what to do if pressure drops and even set the boiler timer ready for winter. He was also entertaining my 8 year old daughter at the time, who just had to get involved lol. Great job!
