Hired Rakes & Ladders to do my garage roof - ended up getting him to do a load of other work. Really good all round builder who did most of the renovating on my property. Nothing too much trouble, very helpful, easy to communicate with - a genuine nice guy!

I would highly recommend Rakes & Ladders. David Gould the builder is very professional and always consults you through the different stages.I would class him as first class five star plus.He renovated my bathroom into a shower room and integral toilet basin and cupboard. Should you want to view his work please do not hesitate to contact me our David has photos of the renovations. Due to his excellent work he is in demand.He is a great guy Very pleased with the work carried out that I had extra work done to satisfaction.I would definitely use his company again

Dave and his team did a first class job of landscaping our garden , a few unforeseen Circumstances held the work up for a week or two but the quality of brickwork on the walls and accuracy of the overall build made the wait worthwhile Rakes and ladders is top of the list for our future projects Sue
