    Leaking around removed chimney

    Absolutely trustworthy and truthful builder and a great tradesman with fab work ethic. Such a pleasure to hire someone who won't rip you off and does a very professional job. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for someone for any job with their versatility. Many many thanks and will definitely hire again in the future for works required

    Plastering / finish to an upstairs bedroom

    Re-fit basin and shower screen. Box in pipes.
    Dave was friendly and quickly understood the jobs we needed doing. He made some recommendations and sent the quote through a few hours later, as promised. The work was carried out efficiently and we were pleased with the outcome. There was one small issue that we raised with Dave and he immediately came back to the house and was more than happy to resolve the problem. Dave has a no nonsense approach - would recommend.

    Inspection of tennats propery for damp/condensation

    Roof vents+
    I would highly recommend this company. Dave is really helpful and friendly as well as being honest and reliable. Although it was a small job it was done efficiently and cleanly. We will definitely be using Dave for future jobs.

    Plaster ceiling,Full tiles 3 bathrooms,kitchen flooring

    We hired Dave to plaster the ceiling of our whole house and to do flooring in March 2016. Dave is a genuine person and is very friendly. His prices were reasonable and the quality of his work was excellent. Would highly recommend him to other people and will continue to hire him in future jobs.

    Possible rotten roof framing.
    Hired Dave for a roof repair and was contacted very quickly to arrange a quote. Very honest and reliable work throughout. Very happy with the work carried out and also received follow up call to insure I was happy with work. Will use again for future home improvements and would highly recommend. A+

    Take out old bathroom and design and fit new

    Found David and company very polite and worked very hard

    New interior doors snd frames

    Very pleased with the work Dave did for me. Very helpful nothing too much trouble. Will definitely hire him again for any further work
