I recomend rakes and ladders. They came 2 days before christmas. They were verry helpful . They got on with job and finished in 3 hours. No mess .and the price was good if ever i need a builder i will definatley be useing rakes and ladders.

The job is still not done.I expect it to be completed before Christmas or I will end the contract.

First class job could not have been more helpful will be using Dave and co again for any other jobs we need doing

Dave undertook structural working knocking walls through to our conservatory and levelling the floors between the conservatory and back room. Dave was very professional and showed a keen interest to undertake the work to a very high standard. He turned up on time and communicated his work schedule to us throughout . The quote was very competitive and we are very happy with the outcome. We would recommend Dave to others.

Dave was very helpful and communicated well. Dave sorted out fitting a bath panel which another contractor had not managed to do and was good value for the work carried out.

Spent almost 2 hours just identifying the errors of the previous tradesmen, then returned for a full day to remedy all the issues....even through illness. Very grateful to Dave and his team for stopping the leaks and for competing the job quickly and at a competitive price...esoecially as I'm not exactly local to his base.

Hired Dave 15 days ago, messaged him many times on various forms of communication (text, email, voice mail, My Builder website messaging system) and managed to get only one response in between after I left him a voice message explaining I had to do it before the end of the month due to my house sale. He said he was going to get my chimney done on Wednesday this week and it's Friday now and still no communication from him! Shame as according to previous reviews he appears to do a good job when he gets to do it, which was why I approached him in the first place, and had many more jobs lined up for him in my new house.

Great work from Dave and the gang. Really pleased with outcome. Kept informed throughout. No qualms about getting Dave in again and would definitely recommend to friends and family (in fact already have recommended !)
