Joe was very friendly and professional. Gave us a clear outline on what was needed to correct our damp. His team were extremely friendly and prompt. They left the property spotless despite the mess taking off plaster causes and completed the work re plastering to a very high standard. Following an alarming analysis by a previous company we contacted Joseph for a second opinion. He responded very promptly and came and carried out a survey within a few days of making contact. He reassured us that the problem was caused by condensation rather than rising damp and demonstrated why this was the cause of the problem. Even though in doing so meant that there would not be a lucrative contract for him. He made helpful recommendations on how to reduce the condensation and improve ventilation.
