Great experience with Trident Damp: they turned up on time, got the job done properly, left the wall nice and tidy and cleaned up after themselves when they were done - exactly what you need! Would be happy to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future as we renovate more of the property.Review from celine39094, Croydon celine39094, Croydon

Joseph didnt do the job due to Covid. Cancelled the night before the start date. But he did come to do survey (which I had to pay for) and gave me a very high quote of £3000. It did not even include the outside walls which have now caused huge damp and mould problems.Answer from tradesperson:
We did not carry out the works due to covid and Celine found another company to carry out the works and asked me if it was ok. Obviously I said yes as time was a factor for her. £3000 was a fair price for the works involved, I had advised her there could be a mould issue and gave her advice as this is an internal ventilation problem. The outside walls are not a problem, it is an internal problem with moisture she is experiencing. Because she is frustrated with the mould she has decided to blame me?. If you are going to carry out any works for this woman be careful.

Joseph is an excellent tradesman, promptly responded to my questions/enquiries with explanations understandable by a layman. With Joseph and his workmen, my property and opinion were treated with utmost respect and above all, the work was completed to my satisfaction and all expectations exceeded. Joseph and his workmen are a very good example of what tradesmen should be. Will I sue his services again, ABSOLUTELY YES. It was my first time of using mybuilder.com and will surely be back.Review from eduardo65348, Deptford, London eduardo65348, Deptford, London

Very happy with the service. Joseph knew exactly what I needed, without suggesting me to do a massive work as some others would do. The guys did the service brilliantly and left the place organized and clean. I would definitely recommend them.Review from jushyde, Sydenham, London jushyde, Sydenham, London

Joseph was very professional and identified that the problem was not damp but internal condensation. He then gave us advice on how to deal with the problem. Joseph was very reliable and proficient when we booked in an estimate.Review from emma80652_37, Orpington emma80652_37, Orpington
