Hired Hector and team for the complete refurbishment of my 3 bedroom flat, was very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of the whole crew. I would recommend them

I am happy with the overall job but It took 4 weeks longer than agreed and there has been some misunderstandings. I am sure it is something that happen time to time.

Hector's team deliver very high quality of work. I'm especially pleased with the quality of plastering and painting. Communication could be better but Hector is always willing to help and issues get resolved. Recommend.

Hector and his team did a brilliant job. I could not have been more delighted. They are capable, willing, cheerful. The work was very well done and the attention to detail excellent. They persevered to the end with all the snagging done well too. Highly recommended.

Great job by Hector and team. We had quite a range of work done comprising, building two built in wardrobes (to match some old original existing ones), fitting some new spindles and a newell post to the stairwell, skirting a room, hanging some doors (the guys made ill fitting doors fit well by modifying the frames) and erecting some curtain poles - all done speedily and well executed, and nice guys to boot.

Hired for carpentry around the flat, the team did a very good job on budget and within the agreed time - good customer service

They messed up my bathroom. Concealed the hot n cold copper pipes directly into concrete wall without proper insulation from the wall. Even thought they were to leave it the way it was and box the pipes. To add to it they left the pipes leaking into the wall which has leaked into the wall over the 3 months and water has been gone into the living room and ruined my solid oak floor board. The wall between the living room n bathroom is completely damp. Informed hector and he sent someone to fix it and when the person opened the wall up he confirmed that the pipes were not soldered properly and the waste pipe was not even fixed/sealed. Which has caused the problem. The pipes were fixed under the sink which the guy believed the problem was from and sealed the wall. The guy confirmed that the wall would dry up in time. Taking his word for the second time. Re-did the living room floor. Only to find out that there is still a problem with the entire installation. All the pipes need to be excavated out of the wall and insulated properly. Have pictures n videos of all the installation and the leaks discovered by the guy hector sent out to fix the problem. 2 years down the line n I'm still suffering from damp in the living room which has now caused mould in the room the down stairs bathroom cannot be used to avoid more issues. My 9 month daughter cannot even be in the living room due to the black mould. I only wish they had not decided to conceal the pipes without prior permission

I was very pleased with all elements of the work carried out by Genesis. They were very easy to deal with and took pride in the quality of the end product. Hector was always available by phone and email if I had queries. All the workmen were good but the main fitter Nando was particularly impressive. He worked very hard to get the job done within the timescale, he was polite, kept the site clean and tidy and performed all the work to a very high standard. I would certainly recommend Genesis to other people (in fact I gave their details to a friend of mine just the other day) and I will use them again in the future.

The renovation carried out by Genesis London was thourough and was achieved to a high standard. A full renovation often involves unexpected works and additional taks required to comply with regulations. These two applied in my case, and Genesis London always showed flexibility and a very open dialogue about the options available, including their best advise at all times. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Hector Soto, director at Genesis London.
