Generally good - work was done to a high standard and Hector was generally helpful and communicative throughout. Only issues were that the work ran a couple of days over and that waste materials were not removed from the site on completion.

Hector and his team were really great when creating a quote for our renovation project. We didn’t end up going ahead through no fault of his team and would recommend Hector and his team to anybody who wanted to carry out work on their property as they have been professional, prompt, and courteous throughout.

Hector and his team have been absolutely first class. A great bunch of guys who completed the work efficiently and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Hector and his team did a brilliant job on my flat refurbishment. On time and on budget with minimal fuss to myself. The finish is excellent and Hector's team were kind and courteous to me. The job involved painting throughout - renovating kitchen and bathroom, installing new water cylinder and a new electrical board.

Genesis are really amazing to have around. They are so knowledgable and very fast without skimping on quality. We needed someone to start immediately after we were let down mid job by someone else, and genesis stepped up, ramped up the gears and got a big job completed in half the time. I would definitely hire them again, very friendly and great workmanship.

Hector and his colleagues did the job as specified by the engineer and were flexible in respect of timings with the council and other contractors. All was cleaned when they left. Good job, I would use them again.

Hector and his team came in to fit my bathroom completely new. The team were friendly and completed the job in good time. Some details were missed out such as tiling pattern ,bathroom lock, and door painting but over all the bathrooms looks great.

I hired Genesis for the complete renovation of my 3 bedroom flat in 2014 - including rewiring throughout, 2 new bathrooms and a new kitchen. I'm finally writing a review! On the plus side: - everyone was very friendly and trustworthy - the job was finished on time - Hector had some good ideas - they were flexible and accommodated changes to the schedule On the negative side: - communication wasn't good. I was far more involved in managing the project than I expected to be, which was incredibly stressful as I was heavily pregnant and working full-time. - I had to do a lot of my own research and advise them - for example, about how to install the IKEA kitchen correctly or install a balustrade in line with the building regs. I expected them to know this! - the quality of workmanship wasn't great. A few examples: (1) I've recently had to get an electrician in as the lights went out in my kitchen, hall and landing. He commented that the light switches had been wired very strangely and the dimmers that weren't compatible with LED bulbs, so had to redo them all, (2) the towel rail in the bathroom is wonky, (3) the grout on the bathroom floor tiles wasn't sealed, so now it's brown and dirty, (4) there is a 5mm gap between the bath and the tiles -they filled it with putty which has now gone brown & dirty, (5) the tiles were left with splatters of paint which I've never been able to remove, (6) a couple of door handles have fallen off

Hector and his team were professional and hard-working and did a brilliant job on a major project for us, including installing two bathrooms, converting a room, installing a new boiler, some new flooring, and various other bit and pieces. They responded to our requests promptly throughout and on the occasions where we asked for charges they were fair and responsive. All the work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. Hector, and Miguel, and all of the rest of the team are 100% trustworthy and professional and really great to deal with. We recommend them very highly and without reservation!

Overall a good job. Genesis were quick, tidy and the end product was of a good quality. I had a couple of minor points but they were happy to come back the next day and the address the points to my satisfaction. Good job!
