Neil is easy to commute and came first thing in the morning and just get on with his job. Boiler is in a fine condition and job completed in about 30 minutes. He came out on the date he quoted and was on time (in fact slightly early), quietly completed the service, and at all times kept me informed to what he was doing and the condition of the boiler. He also advised me on a problem that he found with the heating system which I didn't realise I had, which was really good of him and I will follow that up. Review left on 3 Aug 2016Rating: 1 out of 5replace radiator, and downstairs toilet and sinkleft radiator and toilet leaking over weekend came back on Monday fixed radiator, toilet still leaking came back on Wednesday left with toilet still leaking....I WILL FIX IT MYSELFAnswer from tradesperson:
The radiator was fitted on the Saturday and lost very little water (which was easily collectable) until I returned on the Monday and successfully repaired it. The toilet has proved to be more problematic with water leaking from the fixing bolts which is unusual and after re-positioning them today, I'm surprised that the toilet is leaking again, for which I apologize unreservedly.
