Very pleased with the work carried out by Neil and would not hesitate to use his services again. Happy also to recommend him to anyone undertaking similar work. The work was carried out at the planned time, to a high standard and as per estimate. Very satisfied with the outcome of the job. MyBuilder platform was excellent resource to help identify suitable tradesman.

Neil arrived very promptly this morning as he said he would, job took a bit longer than expected as there was a bit of a problem with hob not fitting the space in worktop,but it was soon sorted out, and everything went to plan. We offered to a bit more for the inconvenience, but, he said no it would still be what he quoted. Neil is a nice friendly man and very conscientious in what he does and doing all checks necessary. Very pleased with job that was done, and will certainly use again. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Thanks again Neil.

Neil arrived on time, carried out all the repairs, explained what he was doing and why, did several other bits and pieces which he really didn't have to do as I would not have expected him to do it. Price was as quoted and very reasonable for the service provided.Overall excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Good job - reliable and professional

Neil was really friendly and had a positive attitude to tackling my slightly tricky gas hob installation/conversion which had been turned down by another firm for being too difficult. He was fast to call me after I shortlisted him, punctual when he came to do the job and was fast yet rigourous in his installation and I ended up with a bill that was smaller than I had expected. I am a very happy customer.

Neil was prompt, friendly, advised of what was wrong, the parts needed were ordered and a rate for the job agreed and a fix date arranged, turned up on time did a thorough repair and checks, would not hesitate to call him again

Neil was absolutely excellent! He arrived right on time and figured out the problem with my boiler within ten minutes and went straight out to get replacement parts, fixed them and sorted an additional problem. He also checked over the boiler and ensured that the problem was definitely fixed. Neil was incredibly polite and professional, listened to my explanations and made sure to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it in a way I could understand. He answered questions I had without me needing to even ask and made time to ensure I understood. Neil was also very understanding and patient when I needed to contact a family member to supply Neil's payment and made sure to give me an invoice along with emailing me a PDF invoice and a gas safety certificate. As a person who suffers from severe anxiety, Neil was very polite and kind. He made me feel comfortable and I was very satisfied with his work and that he actually took the time to explain my boiler problems. Thank you for your help, Neil! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing repairs and servicing. Very good value for money, a diligent and professional man who ensures his work is complete and the problem is fully sorted.

Boiler repair and service. Neil arrived on time , very polite an friendly, checked boiler and straight away knew what the problem was , explained it to me and how he would fix it and how much it would cost , very happy with that , we asked it he could also repair a broken bathroom tap ,to which he said ,No problem , that involved him to go away and buy the parts ,which he did and was only gone 20 mins .He had also again told us what the final price would be for both jobs, before he started any work .Both jobs done in 1 an half , Very happy with Neil , Will be recommending him to family and friends .
