    REPLACEMENT OF GAS INSERT WITH COALS , LIKE FOR LIKE.
    The gas engineer attended but was unable to carry out the works due to a problem with the flue which was outside his scope. I was impressed with his professionalism and would/will use him again.

    Annual Boiler Service
    Neil was punctual and very professional. He serviced our boiler and provided us with a pdf of the analysis afterwards. We also had some issues with our hot water and Neil identified the cause during the servicing. He came back for a follow-up job to replace the diverter valve and now the hot water is better. Would highly recommend!

    Thermostat Replacement
    Excellent, Neil was very courteous and very knowledgeable. New thermostat fitted with full explanation of how to operate, Neil also offered an insight into boilers at my request. Would definitely use Neil again as very pleased.

    Good morning. First apologies for not completing this job as I said I would, though I am a little disappointed you didn't conatct me direct to find out what the delay was rather than leave a review. 15 mins after leaving your job I received a phone call informing me my father in law had been an emergency admission to hospital, the result of which is that he is having a pace maker fitted at Paisley on December 30th 2025 so all my work for that day and the following day was cancelled at short notice. Unfortunately I forgot to make a note to myself about your boiler so completely forgot about it. If your boiler still needs the work doing, contact me on this website by messenger or by text on my mobile phone number that you should still have and I will pick up the part after new year and fit it for you and just charge for the part only with no labour fees added. Again, apologies for not completing the job as I promised to do.

    Boiler servicing and thermostat installation
    Neil was very good, and during the process of installing a new thermostat fixed the wiring for the control of my boiler that the installer left in a mess. He talked me through what he was doing and why and I'll be contacting him in the future for any further gas works.
