Neil arrived on time and completed the work the same day. His prices were OK and he left us with receipts for the items he installed. He was clear and took the time to explain what he was doing and why including the installation of parts which would make future maintenance easier.

I required removal of a gas hob due to a kitchen refurbishment and contacted Neil only a day or two before I needed the job done. Neil was exceptionally accommodating and was able to attend at a time mutually convenient to remove the hob. He also removed a redundant valve and made the remaining pipe safe as it was no longer required. My impression of Neil is that he is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced in his profession. I was also impressed by his pricing structure which is clear, reasonable and transparent. I would certainly recommend Neil.
