We are so happy with our bathroom - Narcis, Cristian and the team were excellent! Narcis was always on hand to help us made decisions/provide the materials we needed, and they worked hard to solve any little problems that cropped up. Since the job has been finished, the fitters have popped back to fix anything that's needed. Thank you so much!

Narcis and Mircea were lovely to work with and I'm really happy with the final result. Narcis listened carefully to what aesthetically and practically we were hoping to achieve with our bathroom refurb and it showed 😁. Really rate the professionalism, communication and quality of work. We cannot recommend iBathrooms enough. From the collaborative approach in designing our bathroom renovation to the incredible workmanship they delivered. They covered all things in one quote including plumbing, electrics, building and carpentry for a project that involved removing an airing cupboard and wall with a complete new bathroom. Mircea's engagement throughout was great with regular checks at all key points leading to our design coming to life. They started when they said they would, arrived on time every day and completed when they said in one go. They weren't the cheapest; they were worth every penny. Thank you for everything.

This was a full refurbishment of my bathroom. I was uncertain about how to go about employing a builder, not having any personal recommendations. I am so happy that I used myBuilder and found iBathrooms - they were very thorough, professional and gave my bathroom a five star boutique hotel finish. Florin was a consummate professional and kept me updated throughout - even when I was away for a week. He came up against a few glitches in my original design, but devised clever solutions (in particular the fitted laundry basket on castors which slides in under the bathroom cabinet like it was made to measure). He was a pleasure to deal with and I would unhesitatingly recommend his work. Cristian was excellent at communication and monitoring progress, and Narcis provided great project management skills, as well as working untiringly until we got the lighting effects which raised this job from an ordinary refurb to a stylish, designer effect. Thanks to them all!

My experience with iBathrooms, in completely gutting my old tragic bathroom into something that I am now extremely proud of, was fantastic. I knew this would not be a cheap job - so it’s never an easy decision on who to pick, as good reviews can sometimes be deceptive. Luckily, In this case I was in good hands. Christian & Narcis - are personable & easy to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. They are positive, calm, hardworking and good at problem solving. This is exactly what you want. My refurbishment progressed very smoothly and finished ahead of schedule. It’s only when something is gutted and you get to see it put back together, that you realise how much detail is involved in fitting a new bathroom. Mircea, the fitter on my job, was a complete craftsman - and his attention to detail was exacting. He worked hard and was fast but never at the expense of getting things exactly right. The finish is exceptional. iBathrooms, has an excellent system that maximises the fitters time, discounts are passed on with the fixtures and fittings. All in all it was a stress free experience, and I now have a simply amazing looking bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Job didn't proceed due to timing but consultation was very good.

I had a husband & wife team, both worked extremely hard which resulted in an excellent job on my main bathroom & downstairs toilet refurbishment. They were a great team & very respectful of my home & family. They cleaned up every day after finishing work Highly recommended.

Overall the experience was okay and we love our new bathroom. The end result is high quality and Florin, who is the builder who came to work every day, is a proper craftsman. Downside: The project went well over budget when the builder told us on day 2 that the walls of the bathroom were too old and crumbling and needed to be taken down and replaced. We didn’t feel like we had much of the choice at that stage as the whole bathroom had been stripped off already and we agreed to pay £3K on top. The process became quite stressful for us from that point and we felt out of control. It became difficult to estimate what the final amount would be. We wished the communication had flown better between the project manager and us. He did pop in to talk to us but without giving notice or an exact time. We had to rush at home one morning, and another time I was at work and simply could not be part of the discussion. We also discovered after they had left that they had dropped their wasted water (with ciment I think) in our garden which was not very kind to our plants.
