Narcis and Marian did a great job on our bathroom. They were quick, communicative and completed the work to a high standard.

We employed iBathroom to change boiler, replace radiators and redo the main bathroom. 4 stars has been given because there were some issues with the boiler installation. However, ibathroom has come back to sort out the issues. The tiling is neat, attention and care have been made to ensure tiling is symmetrical around the widow and lining up between floor and wall.

Narcis and the team were fantastic from beginning to end. They were very respectful of our house and delivered work at an outstanding level. Throughout, we were offered advice on our bathroom makeover which helped to make the finish absolutely beautiful. The team were always on time and kept the site clean whilst working. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend iBathrooms to anyone looking for a reliable and highly skilled team who deliver great quality. Thanks to the team!

Fantastic work from Narcis' team. He and Marian were professional, friendly and solution-oriented throughout my bathroom renovation and completed the job to an extremely high standard, taking the time to explain and troubleshoot a couple of unexpected issues along the way. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Full bathroom refurbishment (4sqm) including adding insulation to walls and ceiling and replacing window. Approximately 4 week duration. Very good quality workmanship, both on visible parts and on parts that were later covered up. Very good attention to detail. Good communication throughout. Overall we are very pleased with the result.

We hired iBathrooms to build a new downstairs bathroom for us. The guy that came over for the quote was super friendly and efficient. The person who started the job disappeared mid-way to everyone’s surprise but the manager (Narcis) made arrangements for the work to continue as quickly as possible. The new person (Marian) was fantastic!! High attention to detail, super careful, polite, a real pleasure to work with. He and Narcis even stayed super late one evening to ensure things were finished as much as possible as the in-laws were staying over. And Narcis came back a couple of months later to finish the fittings (shower glass, towel rails) as we didn’t have them available by the time they finished (our fault, not theirs). Issues can happen during any type of work, but how you deal with them makes the difference. And I can honestly say they were brilliant overall and I thoroughly recommend them!

I am very happy with my new bathroom. The team removed the old one, disposed of the waste and installed a new one for me. The work is very professional and completed to a high standard in good time, the quote was reasonable and the communication was very good. Happy customer!
