Had a great experience with iBathrooms, Cristian, Narcis and Katalin have all been great from start to finish! We had a very specific bathroom design and even though they were not the lowest quote we got, we decided to hire them because of the proof record of high quality jobs. They did an amazing job and solved all the issues with great professionalism! We would definitely hire them again for our next renovation! Would totally recommend!

Narcis expertly guided me through the process, his team were helpful, worked really hard and fast. They took great care and finishing just in time for Christmas as requested. I’m really happy with the finished bathroom and would recommend!

The work on my bathroom was carried out very quickly and to a very high standard. I have been very impressed with Narcis and his guys, who started during the holiday season and managed to finish just after New Year. I felt supported when ordering supplies and Narcis gave good advice on picking materials. I am very happy with the way it looks, many thanks to everyone who made it possible!

iBathrooms did a fantastic job with our bathroom! They were very professional, punctual, worked fast, used quality materials, all the plumbing was tested meticulously, and everything was finished with huge attention to detail. We were so impressed by the quality of their work and the wide range of skills our fitter had. We strongly recommend them and they met a very tight deadline just before Christmas.

Cristian & Narcis were a pleasure to work with. Excellent managerial skills dealing with hiccups along the way with professionalism. We in fact ended up doing two jobs with them, moving the bathroom upstairs and creating a smaller wet room downstairs. The upstairs bathroom has a luxurious finish and they and their builders accommodated our unusual requests and completed it to an excellent finish. The wet room was completed swiftly and also to an excellent finish. Would highly recommend them without reservation.

We’ve just completed complete bathroom renovation with iBathrooms. We agreed to rip out the existing suite, knock through existing walls, rebuild stud balls, insulate walls and install a new shower and basin unit. We also asked them to renovate an accompanying separatetoilet. Positives: - Comprensive initial consultation with Narcis. Agreed to visit us at a set time, discussed our requirements, options and ideas about what was possible. - Our fitter Mircea was incredibly hard working, working Mon-Sat from 8.15-5pm. Really experienced and delivered a high quality finish. Cleared up at the end of each day so we didn’t have lots of mess in the house. - Good communication with Narcis (project manager) regularly via WhatsApp. Handled questions, issues and requests professionally and quickly. - Competitive quote and stuck to it. All financials were clearly discussed via WhatsApp and all receipts for construction materials shared. Negatives: - The project took a few days longer to get started than that we had wanted. And did run over the estimated time that it would take. It took four weeks in total, so about a week longer than was initially discussed. However a discount was offered for the delayed start. Overall, we’ve been delighted with the service and experience of both the fitter and iBathrooms teams. They went above and beyond for us so would be happy to recommend them.

iBathroom did a great job within a very short period of time. They were able to start the work almost immediately and completed a full refurb of a bathroom in less than 2 weeks. Narcis was very knowledgable of products and was able to provide good suggestions. He communicated regularly and clearly. Very impressed and would definitely recommend!
