They an amazing job in such a short space of time! Cristian was absolutely fantastic, paid us a visit in a timely and provided us with a quote within 24 hours of assesing the job. The tradesmen that carried out the work were polite and worked hard; they didn't bother us much at all and simply got on with the work. When it comes to the bathroom itself; we were blown away at the quality of the work and the finish! Will definitely have them back to complete my second bathroom!

Michael did an amazing job on our bathroom, and the tiling looks perfect despite him having to work with our 1930s wonky walls. He worked very hard, long days and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Already asked ibathrooms to quote for our shower room so would happily recommend them to others.

We are absolutely delighted with our fully re-furbished bathroom! Narcis, Viktor & team are excellent - great communication, extremely polite and generally nice people to work with. From the first meeting Narcis really impressed us, his approach to quoting for the work was very thorough and efficient with great attention to detail. He was able to demonstrate numerous other projects very similar to our own, so that we could get a feel for the quality of his work. His quotation was succinct & clear and he managed our expectations around additional costs for sundries, very well. We were a little nervous initially about handing our house keys over and decamping elsewhere for 2 weeks while the work took place, but Narcis did a great job of keeping us fully updated throughout with regular progress pictures, messages and calls. Despite our bathroom provider delivering the bathroom suite 3 days late, Narcis kept the project on schedule and completed a full bathroom refurbishment for us in 2 weeks. The finish is excellent (despite originally having very uneven floors and walls), especially the tiling. When we decided that the radiator we had chosen really did not work as it was a little too large, Narcis readily agreed to fit the replacement for us at no extra cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Narcis & team and we are hoping to secure his services for further renovation work in our flat very soon.

Narcis was very diligent and made huge amounts of effort to resolve any issues we had, however small, even volunteering to come back to fix the last few small things personally. Communications were generally good, and it was easy to deal with Narcis. The price was reasonable and they were very transparent about any additional charges and about materials costs. There were plenty of additional things they could have charged us for but didn't, such as delays due to items we'd ordered not being delivered on time. However, the actual fitter who worked on our bathroom was disappointing. He mentioned that he specialises in roofing work, and it felt at many times like he didn't know what he was doing. He didn't seem clear on how some components worked and we had to explain to him (we just read the instructions). He made lots of silly mistakes like plumbing things wrongly or missing components that needed installing. He was a bit sloppy and in general the quality of his work was average. It felt like we had to be diligent to spot issues and get him to fix them. These things were frustrating to have to deal with, however Narcis was very conscientious about resolving anything he possibly could. He really did work hard on this, but some things are 'fixed solid' once done and can't be remedied. While the process was not always the smoothest, we are happy with the end result, both bathrooms look great, and we are grateful for Narcis' efforts.

Narcis and his team did a fantastic job on our bathroom refurbishment. Really professional and responsive, answered all our questions and delivered the project on time and on budget. I truly recommend it and will definitely be using Narcis again for future projects.
