The four flat roofs in the building had to be redone. Chris and his team were super friendly and professional. They accepted to work longer hours to get the job done quicker to accommodate my professional constraints.The roofs are now brand new and labour and materials have come with a twenty year guarantee. They had to go through my flat to access the roofs and but left everything clean and tidy. On the accidental occasion they left some marks on the carpet, they cleaned everything up the next day first thing before resuming work (which is not something I have experience with previous roofers/builders!). A really good experience overall and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer.

Going into the job completely blind and not understanding what we were up against was a little daunting but Chris reassured us and explained the whole process clearly and throughly. The cost was fair and the outcome was just what we were looking for. Sadly some of the fascia detailing collapsed on his team (shows how poor the roof was!) but the guys managed to fix this and still make the end result attractive. Having the extra guarantee on top of the work they did is reassurance that the job will last a long time. Thank you Chris, you've been great to deal with and having such a pleasant manner makes our life easier!

Chris was the first to respond on mybuilder.com. He was the first to arrive to quote and his quote was with me within two hours. My entire experience from start to end was positive. Empire are a professional, well run company which completed my job within 10 days to a very high standard. They left no mess. Billing was efficient and everything was in order. I definitely would recommend them going forward.

After making initial contact with Chris of Empire everything went like clockwork. He came round to assess what the job entailed and I had a verbal quote a couple of hours later. The written quote followed shortly after that and the price was very reasonable considering the scope of work that was required. The roofing team arrived bang on time at the appointed hour the following week and the two guys worked non-stop (save for a couple of quick tea breaks) until the job was completed. The roofers were polite, highly efficient and kept me informed when they had to improvise a bit or deviate from the scope of the original quote. In short Empire UPVC & Roofing impressed me greatly re the speed and efficiency of their service and the 15 year warranty gives great peace of mind for the future. Top marks.

Chris is a great guy very honest always responds job started promptly although there was few days gap due to unforeseen circumstances with the roofer car breaking down however did complete job clean tidy simple easy to deal with

Chris and his team are brilliant. They turned up at precisely the time they said both days, completed the work on time and on budget. They were polite, courteous and kept us informed of their plans and progress. Beth in the office is so helpful and accommodating. I struggle with work to answer the phone during the day and she happily dealt with me via email which I really appreciated. The entire area was left tidy. I would happily recommend them to anyone - so pleased with used Empire.

Chris was very friendly on the phone and prompt when he arrived at the property to quote. He gave me a thorough explanation as to why he suggested the solution he did. In fact the 4 other builders who quoted had suggested it was a much bigger job and taking part of the roof up, but Chris was confident that didn't need to happen. As a result I ended up spending a lot less than I would have done with the other guys. With his 15 year guarantee, I was satisfied with his advice. His team came within the week and finished the job off very quickly. The roof looks good and the work looks durable! There was a small issue in that a pile of rubbish was inadvertently left behind but as soon as Chris found out, he came around personally to clear it up. Would recommend.
