I had an overall good experience with Empire. They showed up at the scheduled time, did the job nicely (applying torch on felt) and then provided the guarantee. I am not very happy about the footmarks on the felt (only noticeable when there is frost), but I suppose it couldn't have been avoided (?).

They gave me a very detailed description of the work to be done and a quote. They carried out the work on the date they said they would do it. They came on time and they were very professional and polite. I was very satisfied with the work they carried out. After they finished the work they left the area clean and tidy.

Chris and team performed exactly as promised. Congratulations to the team.

Chris Mills arranged for his workmen to call down at a short notice for my roof tiles to be replaced due to leak in my room. Workmen were pleasant and done the job quick and effectively. The job was value for money and would recommend using Empire roofers . I would use them again for any other roof jobs. Thanks again Chris for professional work.

Excellent and professional service from start to finish. From quotation to finished job. Reliable, honest expertise and a quick installation date( and this was during the Christmas period). Chris’s team turned up On time, extremely courteous, went the extra mile of spotting a cracked roof tile and strategically placed a tile vent preventing further damage.
