Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD reviews (491)

Wanted my wood facias & soffits replaced with UPVC ones, also guttering and down pipes replaced. Chris arrived on time as agreed, was extremely professional, answered all my questions and was very helpful with his knowledge and ideas. Put me at ease and left me feeling confident that this was the right company to use. Told me i would receive my quote by lunchtime that day which I did. Detailed quotation with all that was explained to me during our meeting. Agreed on a date to start work, team arrived on day as agreed, completed works to an exceptional standard in 2 days. Cleared away all rubbish and left everything exactly as was on day they arrived. Work carried out was to an exceptional standard and could not be happier with the outcome. Even went above and beyond by sourcing a few broken tiles that Chris pointed out to me on his visit and replaced these for me at no extra cost. Would highly recommend Empire UPVC & Roofing specialists to anyone. Very happy customer.

Professional all round, quick initial inspection and quote. Workmen turned up on time they were polite and efficient, they found some extra issues which were also resolved. They also cleaned up after, great service.

We went for a replacement flat roof and cladding to the front of the building in the end. The lads were polite , efficient and punctual. The work was completed to a high standard. We were very happy.

We recently had our roof repaired including a new valley, new felt, and batten repairs. We are happy with the job. Chris, the director, was professional, friendly, and approachable throughout the process. The team’s service was efficient, and the work was completed to a good standard. Would recommend Empire for anyone needing reliable and skilled roofing services.

Did a great job fixing my roof. Very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

Best company I have worked with. Initial quote was given and we were left with a price the same day without any further pressure. Showed up on time, and did a great job at a reasonable price. Totally transparent with the quote. The roofer, Charlie, briefed me each morning on the days work and sent me a summary at the end of each day stating what had been achieved. I even have pictures. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Really pleased with the results, Chris and the Team have been fantastic from start to finish. Would recommend absolutely!

Thank you so much to Chris and his team caring about our situation. From start to finish we have been so impressed with Empire. They took all our needs into consideration and finished off our roof (which had been left in a very poor state) to such a high standard and went the extra mile..... All at a very good price. Thank you. I will definitely recommend Empire to anyone who's in need of a great service. My faith has been restored!

Fantastic no complaints at all- will go back for future work
