Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD reviews (491)

Excellent service from start to finish. Chris came round personally to visit and provide a quote, early morning the day after receiving our call. Kept us informed of his eta, and was hugely friendly, personable and respectful. Explained the problem and solution, and provided us with a very detailed line by line quote in writing that same afternoon. The team of 3 who came to do the job the following week were great - again, very personable and happy to explain/answer any questions. Finished the job within the day, and tidied up after themselves to the extent you wouldn’t know they’d been there (other than the new roof covering, of course!). Would highly recommend.

We recently had all gutters, soffits, and downpipes etc all replaced, and the work was completed to a very high standard. The team were professional, worked quickly, and communicated clearly throughout. They also handled the extension of our eaves perfectly after the wall insulation made the structure thicker. While not the cheapest option, the quality of their work made it worth every penny. Very happy with the result!

Chris came and assessed the job quickly and gave clear communication. Happy with the guys and work they performed

Very happy with the shed roof job, the builders were very polite and professional. Would recommend Empire Roofing Specialist.

Quick, responsive and professional! Kept me up to date on the work and also recommended a good plumber to resolve an issue I had with a boiler and flue pipe.

Empire responded to the job posting very quickly and Chris was able to attend my house the very next morning to assess the problem and I had an estimate for the work by that lunch time. After agreeing to the estimate, the work was booked in to be completed within a few days, scaffolders arrived on the Wednesday and two men arrived to fix the roof leak the next day. The workers were extremely polite and communicated consistently as they removed the roof tiles and eventually uncovered where the leak was coming from. They replaced some of the wet batons and then replaced the roof, adding new tiles to replace the broken ones that caused the leak. The roof was fixed just in time before a large storm hit over the following weekend, which was a good test to see if the problem had indeed been resolved, which it had. The whole experience was quick and painless, resulting in a permanent fix and at a competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Empire UPVC to my friends and family should the need arise.

Superb job carried out cheerfully, carefully. Courteous, thoughtful workers who ensured that the roof is beautiful, too. Great team and great firm. Recommended without qualification.
