Ian was the first person to come and give me quote. It turns out I didn't have a clue the depth of thought I should have given this job as the amount of choice is massive. Ian was very patient and helpful with advice. My ideas changed as different people came to give quotes and advice, Ian was always helpful & open to the change of plans. I usually go with my gut rather than wallet as the cheapest can prove false economy, but Ian was among the most competitively priced as well as coming across as trustworthy. Despite being a fair drive away, he was willing to come over to discuss our plans and was always prompt. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product and workmanship, the new windows being a huge improvement on our 20+ yr old windows. Ian and Chris were pleasant and hard working, putting a full 9 hr shift in on day 1 with little break. They were pretty tidy, cleaning up and got 9 windows done in a day. They made sure I was happy before they left and were willing to go over any sealant that needed tidying up as I nit picked any little bits.
As always, the real test with any tradesmen is how they are if anything goes wrong, hopefully this won't happen, but I get the impression that nothing will be too much trouble if we get any problems with this company.
