IAN IS RELIABLE AND NICE GUY, HE CAME OUT AND QUOTED FOR THE JOB WITH IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. HE REALLY KNOWS HIS JOB AND THE QUALITY OF HIS WORKMANSHIP IS SECOND TO NONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND IAN TO ANYONE ,HE WORKS QUICK AND THERE IS NO MESS LEFT. THANKS IAN

From the first meeting Ian gave me confidence both that he had the experience we were looking for and operated a fair pricing method. The day of fitting, two doors and three windows, was amazing, no mess at all, no damaged paintwork and all done without and fuss. First rate tradesman would highly recommend to anyone looking for doors and/or windows.

I can't recommend Black Country Windows and doors highly enough. If you are lucky enough to have Ian accept your order you are in safe hands. Ian was very quick to come out and quote, he provided a superb and very competitive quotation and delivered on time and much quicker than the many competitors I spoke to before finding Ian. Everything went smoothly, like clockwork. No problems whatsoever. I was worried about these windows and doors as I have a very unusual shaped window / door (arch shape), however the solution Ian provided was superb. He is such a polite, friendly and jolly gentleman, very approachable and eager to do a good job. His wife who looks after the organisation ensures everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes. They make a great team. Very quick to respond to all messages sent, even out of typical working hours. Excellent communication. Highly recommended, I will be using Ian again in future for other windows.

Ian's communication, quotation and fitting on the day were prompt and efficient. Ian and his workmate were polite, did a great job and left my house, garden and new windows nice and clean. Ian also helped fix another window in my home which we're very grateful for. Would recommend.

Ian Showell of Black Country windows and doors carried out some replacement units on my property this week and did such a fantastic job that I asked him to price up my other windows that also needed replacing. He is a genuine nice guy, pleasant and helpful from quoting the job to keeping me up to date with what is happening in between ordering the units right up to the final fitting and completion of the job, where he turns up on time with his just as pleasant assistant and carries out a very professional and tidy job. An extremely positive experience with Ian and Black Country Windows and Doors. Ian gave me a fantastic quote for supplying and fitting the windows I wanted and didn't try to "sell" me something I didn't want. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently and Ian and his team cleaned up after themselves. Unfortunately there was a crack in a pane of glass in one of the bedroom windows (not Ian's fault at all) but Ian was quick to reorder more glass and pop over to install the new glass, something that took him no more than 10mins to do! I would highly recommend Ian and Black Country Windows to anyone and will be using his services again. Thank you!

Great service from Ian at Black Country Windows. He came in person to measure up and quote for the work. The quote was prompt and the price was competitive. When it came to fitting he arrived when he said he would and worked hard to fit the windows in 2 days working to a high standard and cleaning up as he went. The windows are exactly as I wanted and I’m really pleased with them.
