Not the cheapest quote but Ian managed to get the replacement door fitted fast which was important as the old one had failed. Very pleased with both the quality of the door and the workmanship. Thanks.

Ian is a very pleasant man ,arrived in wet weather as didn't want to let us down. Very pleased with job & price .Updated us when he was later than promised due to hand accident ! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Went out of his way to secure spare part for another door that needed repair.

I initially selected Ian based on the range and quality of the previous feedback he had received and he did not disappoint. Ian was very thorough on his first visit and made sure that he understood exactly what we required. I asked him to also quote for a front door replacement and his price was so competitive we went for that as well. The work has now been completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased with the result. Throughout the fitting Ian kept us informed on progress and nothing was too much trouble, even transferring the old doors to the garage as they are being used elsewhere. A neighbour asked about the work at the end of the first day and I had no hesitation in recommending Ian. If we ever need the Windows replacing we will be contacting Black Country Windows!

Ian and his assistant Rian made an excellent job of replacing our two, 5 unit bays and a flat bedroom windows in white UPVC. This was a total of 18 double glazed, leaded units. With new interior window sill boards and trims inside and out,the finish was to a precise and seamless standard. He sets himself his own exacting levels of fitting and performance and he definitely wants to satisfy his customers. Polite, respectful and friendly, there was no problem having him about the place.He gets on with it smoothly and busily. He was quick with his initial contact and competitive price quote. His communications from first to last were exactly right. We have no hesitation in fully recommending Ian and his Black Country Windows and Doors operation.
