Got to us super fast, like, within an hour i think. Quoted on phone as we went over issue (blockage in cast iron pipe). He was great, left card, and talked me through possible future problems. Showed me pipes insides and all. Great guy.

I put my job onto mybuild. Billy made contact and we communicated by text. He put a new section of soil pipe in my soil waste pipe which is 600mm in the ground. On completion he filled in the hole in the ground and returned the turf. I found him to be professional and polite. I would use his services again and I recommend him. Date of job 16th December 2023

Fantastic job by Billy, broken drain gully replaced and a pipe that had sheared off the wall fixed. Clean and tidy job and all waste rubble removed. Good advice given regarding another issue with drainage around the garage. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

Billy gave me a call and then came out to have a look at a suspected blockage just 2 hours later. He was very friendly, informative, and explained exactly what had happened and how he was going to fix it. The work was done in around 30-40 minutes and he also made some recommendations and costs for fixing an old drain outside my property. Highly recommended.

Had a very blocked main drain, Billy cleared the drain, located the cause (tree roots) and even gave me advice in contacting my service provider. Everything was left clean afterwards which we really appreciated. Very happy with the work and would ring Billy again if I have any other jobs.
