Had a very slow draining drain since moving in, which got fully blocked yesterday. Billy was great! Rang me to get details, and fitted in arrangements around my work and my caring responsibilities. He was out really quick and got the drain flowing again. He explained the problem and he is booked in to come and do some further work (a much bigger job), which will be an improvement too.

Clear and up-front communications throughout, including message updates on ETA for my convenience. Upon arrival, Billy identified the problem quickly and got it sorted efficiently.
