I spoke with Billy promptly after raising the issue on this site, he arrived to survey the issue within a few hours. He explained what the job entailed and was able to do the job there and then. After flushing out the blockage, he advised my pipes where oddly too long for the drains, and I agreed, so he explained how he could correct this and also fixed this issue, to help direct the water down the drains much better. Great job, friendly, knowledgeable, great cost too… thank you so much

Fantastic service. Billy came out at short notice and sorted a blocked external drain for me. He was very informative and open about the issue and the next steps if required, although it seems he has fixed the issue first time (fingers crossed).
