Arash and his assistant were Excellent. Clean, tidy and very knowledgeable, with great communication throughout. I now have a lovely warm home. Will use again and highly recommend.

Professional and very pleasant.

Arash worked well with us and was flexible in timings. Pleasant to deal with and more than willing to refix things where there was an issue.

Very helpful and although he couldn't attend when first arranged due to an emergency job he estimated a time later that day and turned up when he said so very prompt. Good job completed quickly and with minimal mess, I would have hesitation in recommending Arash and AR plumbing to friends or using them again myself. Thank you very much.

Arash turned upon time with a very pleasant smile and a positive "I can do" approach. "First things first" I said and over a cup of coffee and a biscuit I explained in layman's terms the problem we were experiencing with the 2 showers. Does not sound like air in the pipe to me was Arash response. So I left him pretty much to it and literally within 10 minutes I heard the sound of running water. Is that the shower I shouted up into the loft. It is was the reply. Well, well, 3 visits from British Gas to no avail the last being just 2 weeks or so ago and after a good hour the "engineer" reappeared from the loft saying the pipework is all wrong (after 20 years with no problem, really?) and that he would let me have a quote for the correct fittings - I am still waiting !!! Well done Arash and many thanks for your very professional, polite and positive approach to my shower problem. Without a doubt I will use him again. Thoroughly recommend Arash.

Arash did an excellent job in retiling our bathroom and fixing our shower cubicle this morning. He was diligent, punctual, polite and professional. His costs were very reasonable too. I would highly recommend him for any bathroom or other work. Best wishes, Michael

Arash did a fantastic job, he was very professional and cleaned up after himself. We are more than happy with the work he carried out and we would highly recommend him.

I wanted a quote for a full bathroom refit. Arash responded straight away and cam to see us that evening. He spent a lot of time sourcing items and sending me pictures of different showers, baths, and cabinetry etc. I received a quote a couple of days later which we haggled a little over but we settled on an amount that we were both happy with. He did start work a week later than had been arranged as a previous job had overrun but he let me know in goo tine and it wasn't a problem. Arash and his apprentice Jace have worked so hard to give me the perfect bathroom! although they encountered several problems along the way they dealt with it all with good humour! they were both polite and friendly and treated my home with respect. Although the job took a little longer it was well worth the wait. I have no hesitation in recommending these two lovely guys - Thanks Arash and Jace I would highly recommend Arash and Jace
