Arash made contact with me quickly after I shortlisted him, provided a quote over the phone and arranged to complete the job the same evening. Upon arrival, Arash and his apprentice, Jace were quick to get to work, but incredibly friendly and great with our dog. They finished the job in no time at all, thoroughly explained the work they had carried out and even fixed an issue unknown to me, which was uncovered during the course of the job. Unfortunately, I found a leak soon after Arash and Jace had left, but after a quick call to Arash, they returned without hesitation and fixed the issue. Arash then followed up with a phone call a few hours later to check everything was still okay. I would definitely recommend Arash and Jace and would have no problem with using them again.

Quick response when I had a leak. Was able to fit a new hot water tank and immersion with no problems. Very friendly and helpful guy. Would definitely hire again.

For some reason after several attempts the shower started to work again I will however like to thank Arash for his professionalism and understanding and will call him for any future repairs that may need carrying out. Thank you

Wow, heard from this lovely man at 11.30, he came round, looked at the job, went to get the bits and the job was sorted by 12.45. I had been let down by 3 plumbers who didn’t turn up, quoted £50 to come out or didn’t come up with a promised quote. My toilet needed attention, not switching off after flushing. Arash quickly identified the problem, got the parts needed and sorted it at a reasonable cost. I cannot recommend this guy enough, he is amazing. Thank you so much Arash.

Quick response in getting out to the property. All the components were at hand so pipe was fixed then and there. Thank you again Arash!

Came quickly to quote for the job. Gave the 'go ahead' and agreed on a date for the job. Never turned up, rescheduled - never turned up again, rescheduled and never turned up again. I gave Arash many chances and spent 4 weekends waiting for him to turn up but he never did. Avoid at all cost.

Overall Arash did a great job! He came round promptly, gave me some good advice and quickly provided a detailed quote. His standard of work is excellent and he certainly went the extra mile to ensure the end result was perfect. He gets a very firm recommendation from me.

Arash turned up to give us a look at the job and give us a quote just a day after the job went online. We wanted a new toilet in our ensuite and a new shower. Arash then offered to source the toilet and shower himself. After agreeing his quote, Arash promised to undertake the jobs the following week. We thought this was too good to be true. But, in-spite of a slight delay because his van broke down, he got a friend to bring him over with the shower and toilet and replaced them, as well as undertaking the necessary tiling. Both jobs were completed better than expected and we were delighted with his work. Arash is friendly, polite and diligent and his standard of workmanship is very high. We recommend him.
