Arash rarely turned up when he said he was going to, and he had a myriad of excuses. He appeared to have several other jobs on the go at the same time and was not able to manage his time properly, but every time I asked where he had been (he was a no-show at least 5 times) his manner was surly and unrepentant. We made the mistake of paying him upfront although he did not need to buy materials before he started at all (that ought to have warned us off). My husband was away and I felt as though I was treading on eggshells the whole time. In addition to his terrible timekeeping, I had a number of significant issues with his work, and his response, after five months, was to leave the work unfinished and tell me (via text) to "stop taking the p**s". If you are desperate, he could probably fix your leak quickly, but I would strongly suggest you do not ask him to do anything that requires workmanship.
