Alfie and his co-workers did a good job, despite it being the first rainy week in the driest summer for decades. They stripped the old roof ( and found some interesting layers ) within one long, hard working day and got a layer of covering on it. Thereafter the work was stop start and it took much longer than had been anticipated, though this wasn't their fault. A good job, well done. They were friendly, personable and efficient (though communication during the job could have been better, especially about the increase in price - although I appreciate that was entirely justified ). I would use AOL again.

All over London have been great. The quote process was fast and very smooth. Alfie was keen to do things in the a cost-effective way and explained the reasons clearly. Very proactive and communicative in getting the job done. Our flat roof and slates are now looking lovely.

I used this company to repair an existing roof which was last renewed by my mother 8 years ago (badly). The quote they supplied looked very good with a list of the works to be undertaken see the quote here. On the day they were due (Saturday) they were held up and said no would come Sunday I asked how long they would take and was told 5/6 hours. Sunday morning arrived prompt 09:10 were gone at 10:04. ? Work actually completed was to put a single run of torch on along the side gutter still leaking and have told me to go to court I have now issued a small claims summons.
