The AOL team were very responsive, communicative and worked very hard to replace a badly patched-up old flat roof that was leaking in various places, with a complete re-fit of insulation, decking-boards and 3-layer felt. They adapted their schedule well and at short notice, as after inspection the job was much bigger than first envisaged. The guys also responded well to issues that arose and saw this challenging job through until we were completely satisfied. It’s so far survived an intense bucket-of-water-test, now we just need some heavy rain to really test it. Thanks Alfie, Bill and the rest of the guys - a great team with a good attitude and good customer focus.
