Positive experience. Explained what the options were and generally communication was good We had proactive waterproofing work done. Hopefully this will be of good quality in the long run so I can’t specifically comment on that aspect However I would recommend based upon the lead up and work completed so far Very friendly guy as well

Very pleased with Alfie’s and John’s work on our flat roof. The weather has been appalling but Alfie kept us informed every day. When the rain stopped they were here promptly and worked solidly and efficiently. Took their rubbish away and Very pleasant to talk to. Price was around the middle of the quotes we got. I would recommend them to anyone needing their flat roof sorting out.

Alfie and his team did a great job. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were able to undertake the work soon after I decided to go ahead. They were competitively priced (mid range compared to other quotes). The work was completed swiftly and everything was left in good order after. They tested the repair to ensure no leak remained but have also guaranteed the work into the future. I would certainly recommend them or use them again in the future.

Great work. Originally contacted in 2021 but I was unable to have the work done at the time. Alfie honoured the original quote even though the work took place two years later (2023). They were very punctual and efficient. Worked cleanly and swiftly and did a really great job. Thanks so much.

Very happy with the professional service that Alfie and the team at All Over London have provided. They've completed two jobs for me at different properties that had leaking roofs. They spent considerable time providing accurate quotations, asking lots of questions, looking at the property inside and out, and offering both short and long-term solutions. The work was carried out by Rob who was equally attentive and the finish is of a high standard and fairly priced. Would recommend.

Alfie and his team completed the job last year but when finished and paid have been completely non-communicative since. Despite numerous calls, texts and emails regarding our new 10 year roof insurance that we were promised, he has not even responded. I thought I would give them time enough to respond before giving a negative review but they have not. We have contacted the so called insurers that he claims to be covered by and they have never heard of the company and neither have the confederation of roofing contracters even though he has their logo in his site and claims to be an approved member. It seems as though this company are after a quick pay day and not committed to providing the service that they promise. Poor.
