Alex came on time to see my problem floor. He was very thorough and looked outside and inside. His expert opinion was condensation over a few years. He lifted the plywood under the vynol for me to see the floor boards. Unfortunatly he is so busy for the next few months he could not do the job straight away. I was pleased with his diagnosis and he explained it very clearly. Opening the window is not enough for the steam to escape. I now need an extractor fan.

Alex is very experienced and takes his time to give a solution to the problem, came on time and when his lad's came to do the job they were great did a good job and left all areas tidy and clean , would recommend . Jayne Fable

What a great find! Alex and his team were fantastic. Great communication from the offset. Alex attended the property within a few days of initial contact. The speed at which they completed the job was commendable and they really knew their stuff. We were very happy with the works completed and the final price. I am a landlord and was not present during the works and Alex handled everything, including building permits and scaffold erection. Alex and his team will be completing some other work for us in the summer. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, especially if you have an older property as his knowledge and experience shines through. I can honestly say I would not look anywhere else in the future.

Alex is one of the most honest people I have ever met. He assessed my damp problem and gave me an honest opinion which saved my ££££££. I know this because another local damp specialist tried to rip me off so I went to Alex. I wish more people were like him in this world. I would recommend him to anyone.

Alex did a really nice job of my roof. He isn't the cheapest, but don't ask him to be as he insists on quality materials for a quality job. The roof looks so good it helped me sell the house. Nice.

No work necessary as he identified that I did not have rising damp as I had been misinformed by third party . Would recommend . Knows his stuff and was very honest which is a high recommendation .

Alex contacted me really quickly and came to quote soon after. He arrived on time, gave me great advice and seriously knew his stuff. I ended up having my guttering replaced which we think will solve the issue. Alex was a great guy, I didn't feel pressured and he chatted me through all possible causes and solutions, to discuss what I'd like to do. I would not hesitate to use him again

The job was done quickly with a minimum of fuss and to a high standard. Every thing promised was completed on time, all waste materials collected and taken away and all they left behind is a very sturdy roof and a happy customer. I would happily recommend these without reservation.
