Alex is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to find a solution to your problem. Before we even appointed him to sort out our damp problem he spent a lot of time looking around the property and concluded the problem wasn't rising damp but was coming from the roof. We agreed to have some of the felt replaced but when the work started and we saw just how bad the roof was we asked Alex to replace the whole roof. This was done in a reasonable timeframe and will hopefully solve the damp issue. Our thanks to Alex, Dean and Mitch for all their hard work.

Alex and his team are very reliable, knowlegable, efficient and very fair with his prices. He is approachable and very easy to comunicate with. he respect his cleints and i never felt at any stage that he is a cowboy who try to blind you with technicalities just to justify an unfair qoute. I already used him for a couple of jobs which he completed successfully, the third job on the way. He is on my book and i will always use him.

Mine was a small repair job but Alex made me feel that it was just as important as if he had been quoting for replacing all the guttering. He was no-nonsense and gave me confidence that he would do a very good job. He called within a day of the job being posted, came to look the day after that and fitted me in to his schedule very quickly. He did not just look for the quickest solution, but the best and one that would solve the problem permanently. Clearly a man who knows his stuff, I would recommend him to you without any hesitation.

The advice we received from Alex on the survey and findings of a site visit were very helpful and no-nonsense. Alex doesn't try and quote for jobs that don't need doing or where another trade would be better placed. He has since replaced the roof felt connecting into the guttering with plastic trays and assessed the condition of our roofs. The work was carried out efficiently and the two guys cleaned up after them very well. They were both very friendly and explained any findings / issues well. I would thoroughly recommend ADR and will be using them in the future.
