We have major damp problems with the older part of our property. We had already had several companies come to have a look and try to sell us smart bricks that we were not convinced about. Alex came out to have a look and within 5 minutes we knew that he knew what he was talking about! Specialising in older properties he explained why we were getting damp problems and what we could do about it. Alex and Dean came to put in a trench and remove the bottom part of our old render which was holding in the damp and the trench meant the water had somewhere to go other than into the bricks. The job looks great and over time the walls should start to dry out. Both Alex and Dean are extremely knowledgable and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend them. Their workmanship is brilliant. They left everything clean and tidy and looking great. We will be having them back for some more work we have on the cards without a doubt. Thank you both very much.

Alex is very knowledgeable about old building. He has holistic approach to the causes of damp. He has identified problems with roof, bay fronted window problem and incorrectly installed air brick etc ....which have contributed to the damp in the house. All of the above weren't even picked up by surveyor from big name company for damp proofing. He has also even gone extra miles, above and beyond , to send me the report required by lender. I am really impressed by this. He has even picked up some incorrectly done roof work for the building and informed me. I have then managed to get in touch with the roofer who has then realised his team mate hasn't done the work correctly. Overall, I am really impressed by Alex. He is reliable, reply to messages promptly and trustworthy. Would definitely highly recommend Alex!

Very happy with Mr Campbell who surprised me by phoning me within 5 minutes of me asking for a quote. And when he went out of his way even after 5pm the same day to visit and sort out my 2 broken & missing roof tiles problem all within an hour and a half of my having first posted the job, I ended up delighted with my first experience of this site. And did I mention that he was firmly against issuing me with a bill for this service? I failed to persuade him to charge me anything at all!

Work completed on Tuesday 10 October following Monday weather delay. Team of three worked hard and completed re-cementing roof valleys and lead pointing above front windows. Left site as they found it . . . tidy . . . good days work.
