Russell had excellent communication from start of job to finish. He was very reliable and tidy, in fact after he had finished you wouldn't have known he'd been. I would have no hesitation recommending him for jobs, in fact I've currently got him quoting for our bathrooms now. We were pleased with the bathroom but Andy let himself down by not coming back as promised to plumb the towel rail in once we’d had the room plastered. We took him at his word that he’d come back so paid him in full. He had seemed very honest but after the initial few msgs and excuses he started ignoring our msgs. Shame as would have had him back to do other stuff. We had to pay someone £150 to fit the radiator as we couldn’t wait any longer with the cold weather

Totaly rubbish and not qualified i hired him for doing 5 flats of all waste water abd gas work never complete job after get someoneelse to finish of all joints he made for waste pipe was leaking and gas pipe work he s reported to gas safe from other one i hired never recommend.
