From the initial consultation to the final installation, Simon was professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and took the time to assess my bathroom and discuss my options. His expertise was evident as he explained the installation process and answered all my questions. During the installation, Simon worked efficiently and kept the area clean and organized. He ensured that everything was up to code and even took the time to show me how to use the new shower features. Overall, Simon provided excellent service and quality workmanship. He had to order the replacement which was on the Friday, so I had to wait over the weekend not a problem. The part arrived on Monday and Andy fitted the pump on the same day. He was very polite, extremely efficient and very tidy in his work.So much so I’ve asked he to replace the mixer taps in my kitchen.
