Sam and his team have done an excellent job at installing all pipework and fitting an on-suite bathroom, including tiling into a new build. This was a complex job because Sam had to 'pick-up' where a previous builder had left and support us in addressing deficiencies in the previous builder's work. Sam's work is of an exceptionally high standard, he does the work when he says he will, responds rapidly to communications, which was essential for this job and simply 'gets on with it'. We will be definitely asking Sam to undertake further work in the near future and would recommend him highly. Thank you, Carole and Paul Deighton.

Jake carried out the plumbing works at my property in Chard and I genuinely couldn’t fault him from start to finish He turned up exactly when he said he would, every time, which already puts him ahead of most. The standard of his work is top tier everything done properly, no shortcuts, and you can tell he takes real pride in what he does. On top of that, his pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I received Jake worked hard throughout, stayed professional, polite, and easy to deal with the whole way through. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and consistent I honestly wish all trades were like him. Completely trustworthy, solid workmanship, and just gets the job done without any hassle Tried getting him to travel to Kent for another project but unfortunately too far which says everything about how highly I rate him. Nothing but respect for Jake. Highly recommend Thanks Jake 👍🏼

I’ve just had my flue liner replaced by Jess and Craig and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. They explained everything in plain English, turned up when they said they would, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The quality of the installation looks excellent and it’s reassuring to know the job has been done properly and safely. Both Jess and Craig were friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions I had, which made the whole experience stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing chimney or flue wor top job all round.
