Tom came to site at short notice and was very courteous from the start. He assessed the job and explained the way the system worked. He traced the shower pump pipework and confirmed the cold water feed is direct from the header tank so no alterations were necessary allowing a like for like pump installation.

I hired Stewart back in January this year to damp proof my garage and his team did an excellent job. Due to back issues I couldn't continue the conversion to the garage following his work, so it was easy to monitor how well it held up during that prolonged period of extremely wet weather. I found no leaks anywhere. Friendly, flexible and was here when he said he would be, and his quote was reasonable too. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs damp proof installation.

Mike completeled the various jobs that I asked him to do initially on both our bathrooms that needed some love and attention. On switching the bath around as I asked him to do he unearthed the source of the drainage problems which he resolved with expertise. Our bathrooms are now in good working order and the new bath panels that he fitted look great. The bathrooms are actually better than when they were first fitted and Mike carried out the work for a very reasonable fee. Mike is a cheerful soul and I would recommend his work to anyone.

After the initial fix, the job turned out to be more complicated than expected, but they were happy to come back again and resolve the issues. An insurance claim was necessary but they were also very helpful with providing the information required to get that process moving. Very professional.
