He simply did not turn up or contact. I then phoned him after this date and it was scheduled for 18th November. I contacted him on 13th to confirm he would definetely be coming and he said he would. On 18th November he does not turn up but sends message apologising. Did not propose a new date. Simply wasted 1 and a half months of time and my tenant is unhappy. The work was detailed oriented and showed a concerned for the finish and final result. He was kind, easy to communicate with and conscientious.
