David provided me with a complete price for a plaster skim on the ceilings and walls downstairs and the wall running upstairs. I was expecting to pay much more and very surprised by a very modest price indeed. Alan is a master tradesman who takes his plastering very seriously. Skimmed all of my ceilings in my 3 bedroom house and is coming back to do the kitchen walls. He is on time, polite and hard working. Constantly inspects his work and will nit pick to get the job to a perfect standard. Alan is by far the cheapest quote we've had for a plasterer and is very trustworthy. He also gave me advice on painting and helped mix the first misc coat to apply on the ceiling. I currently do dry lining/Ames taper. Under take any new build homes or extension work needing taped and filled with extensive paint work applied. I can do all types of plastering and leave every job to a high standard and finish that I also go above and beyond to meet the correct requirement for every client. As a company we have also taken on new workforce and will be covering all decorating contracts Venetian plastering coving and a range of gutter cleaning with additional workforce to help out with new jobs.

I have been in the building industry for more than 15 years. By all this time I worked for big companies and I start running my own business now. I always respect the customers wishes and work with them to achieve their results. My price are reasonable and work is reliable of the highest standard.
Rafal and Andrew have made a great job on my kitchen. They have stripped back all the old plasterboards/tiles/layers of wallpaper dated from 1960s. Re-wired, re done all plumbing, painted, installed new kitchen and appliances, installed new flooring, tiled walls near the kitchen sink. Quality of work is simply brilliant. They always arrived in time, never missed a day and finished all works 2 days earlier than estimated. They always cleaned after themselves and left place clean and organised. Now 1.5 yeas later I can confirm that everything has been done well. Great work from Boyan at Metrashev Maintenance and Renovations. Completed a full house plastering job. Boyan was the least expensive but had overwhelmingly good reviews online so we went with him. No regrets. Boyan worked long hours including Saturdays to get the job done asap. Housekeeping was very good, no mess left behind. Done a few little extra for us which was good.
