Get in touchMario and Chris fitted my kitchen and honestly it's better than I imagined. They were reliable and diligent, nothing a problem and completed the job really quick. I was worried it wouldn't be finished before Christmas but they assured me they would make it happen and they did! I was a bit of a nightmare and changed my mind on the handles but Mario and Chris were extremely patient with me. I trusted them completely and will definitely be using them again.

The changes have totally transformed the kitchen. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the new doors/units. Martin is reliable, professional, friendly and his rates are reasonable. Get in touchVery poor experience. Ended up costing me £1100 to have a worktop, small cupboard and 2 skirting boards fitted. Worktop mostly fitted correctly but one corner was clearly measured wrong and juts out - unsalvageable as previous worktops were destroyed on removal and new ones had been cut. Now just need to live with it. Worse than that however was that they disconnected the electrical panel of the boiler and then reconnected it wrongly. They told me the boiler was no longer working and admitted it was their fault but did nothing to rectify it. I was without hot water or heating for nearly a week before I had a gas engineer out. Engineer confirmed the wiring had been reconnected wrongly. I sent Lotus photos of report and damage and advised it was £342 for the repair. I have since messaged them again requesting payment for the damage caused and they continue to ignore. Careless and completely unconcerned with customer satisfaction.
