We hired Adam to level the ceiling in one bedroom and to patch up a hole in the ceiling in another bedroom. Despite our agreement, the ceiling in the 1st bedroom was just boarded over and not leveled as requested. In both rooms, the boards were cut up more than necessary, with gaps filled in with tiny pieces stapled to the main boards. As a result, we're faced with replacing the boards again. This should have been an easy job and we're disappointed with the result.
