Steven was fantastic at co-ordinating this tricky and rather unglamorous project - he was very knowledgable about working on listed properties, full of brilliant ideas and solutions and responded well to all the curve-balls that come with renovating an old unloved building. He and the team were great at keeping me updated on progress, work was finished to a high standard and everyone was polite, friendly and cleaned away after them.
