My partner and I couldn't be more thrilled with the service and standard of workmanship that Matt and his team have achieved on our recent first floor conversion. The quality of the finish is fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends. Throughout the whole build communication was brilliant and at no point did Matt or Tony ever assume or make any decisions without consultation or checking in. Problems and solutions were worked through jointly and nothing was every to much trouble especially as the scope of what we originally asked for grew as the build went on. This was driven by us adding items to the original brief. They were really helpful with recommending showrooms and suppliers which made the decision making process streamlined. We were lucky to move out for the build but everyday our home was kept clean and tidy. Finally all snagging has been dealt with promptly and it's lovely to see that the company is also striving for a high standard of finish. Thanks very much for everything.

We initially approached several building companies for a self-build project, but Jason stood out immediately. He was the only one who made time to visit our home, sit with us, review the drawings, and discuss estimated costs in detail. From the very first meeting, Jason was honest and transparent, highlighting potential pitfalls and questioning some of the optimistic estimates we’d received elsewhere. At one point, he told us candidly that he wouldn’t take on the project if he believed we might not be able to complete it due to hidden costs. That level of integrity was rare and deeply appreciated. Rather than simply saying “yes” to secure the work, Jason gave us sound advice, which ultimately led us to reconsider the self-build and instead purchase a property with fewer risks. We later decided to build an orangery and extend the house and had no hesitation in asking Jason to lead the project. From day one, he was proactive, managing every aspect of the build and bringing in trusted experts where needed. He even checked in with us while on holiday to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. Every stage of the build was handled with precision and care. We were consulted regularly, given opportunities to tweak the design, and add features like external lighting and power outlets. No request was ever a problem. When challenges arose, as they inevitably do with large extensions Jason offered clear options and practical solutions. The old adage “never a problem, always a solution” truly applies here. The choice of building materials was excellent, and the subcontractors reflected Jason’s high standards: polite, professional, and skilled. The build was completed on time, and although slightly over budget, we were made aware of potential overruns from the outset. Jason is honest, reliable, highly skilled, and incredibly personable. We’ve not only had a flawless building experience, we’ve also gained a trusted friend. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

I hired Steve to do painting and decorating of hallways, architraves and also provide wall protectors to prevent damage from wheel chairs etc in the wall. He was extremely professional and did everything that was required. I would not hesitate to use him again, in fact I am planning to already! Great Job by a great professional. David has completed several jobs for be around the house prior of us moving in, he painted the entire house to a very high standard, changed all the light fittings, replaced all of my taps in the kitchen and bathrooms, and fixed a couple of cupboards in the kitchen.
